My Job - Where are you?

The beginning!
I try my best to find a job. I don't think it's too hard for me to do that. But it is. My Speaking English is very bad. I can't communicate by English. I think that's why I can't obtain my desirable job. I want to improve it too much. But ... it's too difficult, too. What should I do now? How can I improve my speaking English? I am very embarrassed now. So sad
